Co-founder, Head of Designs

Influenced by works and personal interactions with architect Laurie Baker during undergraduate days, Jaigopal - an architect by training, chose the less traveled path of trying to evolve through actual field experience an architecture and aesthetics based on the on ground realities and complexities offered by the Indian subcontinent, making it the focus of Inspiration’s practice.

Anchoring team Inspiration, Jaigopal heads and guides the design team, the business development and 'the new concepts' wings.
He is a Member of Special Advisory Group, State Finance Commission Government of Kerala, State Planning Board and Kochi Corporation Master plan committee.

Latha Raman Jaigopal


Co-founder, Head of Projects

With a passion for 'responsible holistic' approach to architecture and meticulousness as her forte, Latha guides the design interpretation, project management and technical teams of Inspiration, besides playing a key role in concepts of total water management and relevant renewable energy applications.

As a Founding Partner and the current President of CDD (Consortium for DEWATS Dissemination) Society India, Latha has been instrumental in developing concepts and implementation of several projects in the water and sanitation sector.

Latha is also a Trustee of Sakhi Womens Resource Centre, India – a pioneering NGO working towards empowering women with information and knowledge and creating opportunities for their leadership development in governance.
